The inspection is not intended to serve as a warranty or guarantee against future conditions or failures of any systems or components.

2. Scope of Inspection:
The scope of this inspection is limited to a visual examination of the property's major systems and components, including, but not limited to, the roof, foundation, electrical system, plumbing, HVAC, and the interior and exterior of the home. The inspection excludes items that are hidden, concealed, or inaccessible, such as underground pipes, mold, asbestos, or pests, unless specifically requested and agreed upon. The Company does not perform environmental hazard assessments, nor does it guarantee the future performance of any systems.

3. Inspection Agreement:
By scheduling and agreeing to the inspection services provided by Garver Inspection Services LLC, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this inspection agreement. A copy of this agreement will be provided before the inspection is conducted. The client must review and accept the terms, including the limitations and scope of services, prior to the inspection. This agreement is a legally binding contract between the client and Garver Inspection Services LLC.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy Policy:
Garver Inspection Services LLC respects the privacy of all clients. All personal information and inspection reports are confidential and will not be shared with any third party without the client's explicit consent, except as required by law. The inspection report is provided solely for the client’s use and may not be reproduced or shared with others without the client's permission. Personal information collected during the inspection process will only be used for purposes related to the inspection and follow-up communications as needed.

5. Professional Qualifications:
All inspections conducted by Garver Inspection Services LLC are performed by licensed, certified, and qualified inspectors in compliance with state regulations and industry standards. The Company's inspectors are committed to providing reliable and professional services to all clients.

6. Payment Terms:
Payment for inspection services is due at the time the inspection is performed, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Zelle, CashApp and Venmo. Any fees not paid in full at the time of the inspection may incur additional charges. Clients will be notified in advance of any applicable late fees or additional charges.
7. Refund Policy:
Inspection fees are non-refundable once the inspection has been completed. If the client is dissatisfied with the service provided, they must notify Garver Inspection Services LLC within [insert number of days] days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to engage in mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action. All disputes will be handled in good faith and in a timely manner.

10. Non-Transferability:
The inspection report is specific to the property inspected and is non-transferable. The report is valid only for the client and the particular property inspected on the date of the inspection. Any reliance on the report by third parties, including potential buyers, real estate agents, or lenders, is at their own risk. A separate inspection must be performed for any third-party evaluations or transfers.
